A beautiful vintage white Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Leather small hard cased evening bag. This bag has a leather covered hard frame and Bottega Veneta branded on the gold clasp.
When translated to English, intrecciato literally means braided. Bottega Veneta's staple technique involves strips of leather that are intertwined to create a woven pattern, which has become synonymous with the brand. Intrecciato Weave was introduced in the early 1970s and was first used on the brand's handbags.
This small evening bag is in fair vintage condition with some marks and stain to the white leather. Inside the bag has some deterioation to the lining. The lining could easily be replaced.
